Wife always asks to start the "buzz buzz", a.k.a Wave Form™

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This base has several great features. The ones we use the most are: Wave Form Massage, SoundScape mode, and lumbar support. I love how I can connect my Spotify to the built-in speakers and have a thunderstorm playing while running the wave form massage to "feel" the thunder. It is also convenient to listen to the TV through the built-in speakers via Bluetooth with the head raised up.

Great Product with Opportunities

So we really love our new base and mattress. This is the first adjustable we've ever owned. Pros: love love love the vibration feature - really helps getting to sleep. The zero gravity function makes a major difference. Adjustability is great. Night light is nice. Cons: movement - sure, the mattress itself isolates the motion of the other person, but the frame itself does not. If you toss and turn like I do your partner will feel it through the frame. Sound - Bluetooth feature is cool in theory, but at least for our very nice and modern TV there is significant delay in the sound making it unusable. And yes, we tried to adjust that in the settings of the frame and the tv itself. Overall happy with our purchase and the cons don't outweigh the pros at least for us.

Great quality and comfort

Reason I gave 4 stars is that the smart bed tends to disconnect from the app often and for no reason and it is frustrating getting it to connect again. The app troubleshooting isn't great and doesn't give good instructions. I'm about to give up on the app, but still loving the bed

Didn't even work from the time it was installed

The feet did not lower. Cheap products, horrible service, would not recommend.

The perfect companion piece

The bed frame is just as innovative as the mattress itself and in my opinion always be paired with a new tempurpedic! The massage, the lumbar, the sleep AI are all fantastic. Having the bkuetooth linked with my Alexa makes a while new experience when having some soothing sounds to fall asleep and to gently wake you in the morning. Don't even get my wife started on the zero G feature - life changing!

Great base.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great base, I love the sleep option that makes you fall asleep better and fast. The speakers are also good when you want to relax and massage options. Definitely will recommend.

Vibration shuts off after 30 minutes

One of the selling features was the vibration- they failed to tell me it shuts off after 30 minutes- so what kind of relief is that? I called the store to return it after one night and they said no returns after it leaves the store! Friends were talking about beds and the other friend got a sleep number that vibrates and she is very satisfied and hers stays on indefinitely. I could not say I feel that way at all- so I guess the other friend will get a sleep number bed.

More than I need but amazing!

It works well and like it should. I have not had problems understanding how the remote works or what each option does.
